Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when the studio confirms dispatch. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable tax and exclusive of any import duties, which are payable by the recipient.
Handmade variation
Every piece is made individually. Colour, glaze and dimensions vary within a normal range, and that variation is not a defect. Product photography shows a representative piece rather than the exact one you will receive.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery for unused pieces in their original packaging. Made-to-order and commissioned pieces can only be returned if faulty. See the shipping and returns page for the detail.
This prototype
This site is a university project. No orders are fulfilled, no payments are taken and nothing here forms a real contract.
